If the Customer decides to not continue with us before we complete our service period, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of paid service fees.

Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require us to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.

Returns

We do not accept returns. In case of replacement, you need to inform us through email at templemanager@chinfo.org or call us at +91 92077 11139, within 15 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your replacement, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 500/-, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
